Fahali is read-only risk intelligence. It does not execute trades, manage capital, or provide investment advice. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the subscriber and their licensed advisors.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fahali, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Future Legends AI.
2. Description of Service
Fahali provides institutional-grade risk surveillance, probabilistic inference, and market intelligence across equities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, FX, and commodities. The service is informational and analytical only.
3. Not Investment Advice
All signals, inferences, reports, and analytics provided by Fahali are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or solicitation of any transaction. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected tier (monthly or annual)
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Enterprise contracts are governed by separate Master Service Agreements
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (b) resell data feeds without written consent; (c) use Fahali for market manipulation or illegal activity; (d) interfere with service infrastructure or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, visualizations, and branding are the exclusive property of Future Legends AI. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Legends AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fahali, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
